An entrepreneur and operator, Regis is the Founder and Managing Partner of JuneX Capital Partners, where he oversees all investment and entrepreneurial activities with co-founder Benjamin Vedrenne-Cloquet.
Professional Experience
Regis began his career in Silicon Valley in 1999 before starting a 20-year entrepreneurial journey in France. During this period, he founded and developed OKTOGONE Group from the ground up, turning it into a market leader in digital upskilling, education, and recruitment services.
Over the years, Régis founded, bootstrapped, and scaled several key ventures within the OKTOGONE Group, including:
Regis successfully scaled the OKTOGONE Group into a EUR 200 million company with a digital-first strategy, establishing it as a high-growth, high-profit leader in its category. In June 2022, he sold 100% of OKTOGONE Group to AD education, a European leader in private higher education backed by Ardian, Europe’s largest private equity fund.
This significant achievement marked both the conclusion of an important chapter in his entrepreneurial life and the debut of a new one. Following this, he established JuneX Capital Partners or “Founders Office” and its investment arm: JuneX Evergreen Fund, through which Regis continues to support and invest in innovative businesses.

An entrepreneur and financier, Benjamin is the Founder and Managing Partner of JuneX Capital Partners, where he oversees strategy, asset allocation, as well as all investment and entrepreneurial activities with co-founder Regis Micheli.
Professional Experience
Prior to JuneX Capital Partners, Benjamin was a Founding Partner at IBIS Capital (London), a cross-border merchant bank and asset manager (SPVs, funds). This company specialises in the Education, Health & Media sectors, where he continues to serve as an Operating Partner. During his tenure at IBIS Capital, Benjamin co-founded EdtechX Holdings, an innovative investment platform focused on the future of education and work.
Leveraging its advisory and investment activities, EdtechX Holdings successfully listed its thematic investment vehicles on Nasdaq. They also launched EdtechX Europe (2012) and London Edtech Week (2019) event series, which attracted over 5,000 industry professionals to connect investors and innovators. In 2022, the platform expanded to include Healthtech and Foodtech, rebranding as IMPACTX2050.

Early Career
Prior to his entrepreneurial and investment career, Benjamin served as the Head of Corporate Development, Strategy and New Ventures for Warner Media in EMEA. In this role, he managed a $250M portfolio of media assets and digital ventures, spanning over 20 countries. He also previously held various senior executive positions at US and European publicly listed media and communication groups.
Benjamin started his professional journey in 2000 in New York City as the first employee of Planet Finance USA (now known as Positive Planet), a micro-finance non-profit organisation founded by French economist and political advisor Jacques Attali.

Personal Life
A French national residing in London, married and father of two children. He is a proud proprietor of Domaine de La Bastide Grise – Le 84, a small vineyard in Provence, producing wines for Asian markets.
